Most add-ons are already included. The rest you switch on when you need them.
Every plan carries the same free add-on bundle, so moving up a tier is about capacity, not about unlocking add-ons. The paid ones below cost the same on every plan.

Contract
Video protection
Two ways to put a viewer's name on your video.
Both make a leak traceable to one account. One draws the mark over the player and costs nothing to serve; the other encodes it into the picture and is metered by the hour. Buy either, or both.
Included with DRM
On-screen viewer watermark
—per month
The player shows each viewer their own identity over the video and moves it around the frame on a timer you set. A recording shared in a group chat carries the name of whoever made it.
Viewer ID, email address and full name, in any combination
Your site logo alongside the identity, at the opacity you choose
Repositions every 3 to 60 seconds so it cannot be cropped out
A different, unpredictable path for every viewer
Works on every video, including files never packaged as HLS
Nothing is re-encoded, so playback stays instant and costs nothing extra
What it does not do
It marks the screen, not the file: the video itself carries no identity, so the mark is only as strong as the player drawing it
Unmetered — no viewer-hour allowance to watch
Dynamic Video Watermarking
Identity burned into the video
—per month
The server re-encodes each streamed segment with the viewer's identity in the picture itself. There is no overlay to remove, because the mark is part of the frames.
Survives screen recording, developer tools and any browser tampering
Falls back to the on-screen overlay for video that cannot be packaged as HLS
Degrades to standard playback when the allowance runs out — a learner is never locked out
What it does not do
Only reaches video packaged as encrypted HLS
Re-encoding is per viewer, so protected playback is metered by the hour
Watermarked playback is capped at 720p to keep that hourly rate predictable
Metered — includes 200 protected viewer-hours each month
No browser-based protection can completely prevent someone pointing a second camera at a screen. Both tiers are built to make a leak traceable to one account rather than to make copying impossible, and they can be bought together: where both apply, the burned-in mark takes over and the overlay stays out of the way. Documents are marked by the separate PDF Stamping add-on, which stamps the viewer's identity onto every downloaded PDF and is never metered.
Usage, overage & your total
What a plan includes each month — and what your real bill adds up to.
8 resources cost money to serve, so they are measured. Everything else on the plan is a capability you either have or do not. These are the published rates for adding more, and the total below adds them to your plan and to any add-on you chose.

Degrades, never blocksWhen the watermark allowance is spent, protected video continues without the dynamic identity mark and the site's admins are notified.
Add-ons stack on these allowances
Dynamic Video Watermarking — Includes 200 protected video viewer-hours a month.
Corporate training — Adds 10 organizations and 500 seats on any plan, on top of whatever the tier includes.
Monthly reset, no rollover
Every allowance refills at the start of the billing month. Unused capacity does not carry forward, and a purchased block is spendable only in the month it was bought.
A limit stops the action, not the account
Reaching a meter refuses the next request with a message naming the meter. Published courses, enrolled learners and stored media are never removed to enforce a limit.
Blocks stack on top of the plan
Extra capacity adds to what the plan already includes for that month. It never replaces the plan allowance and never changes the plan price.
0% platform transaction fee
Usage is the only thing metered. VeloxonHub takes no percentage of what you sell on any current plan; your payment provider still charges its own processing fee.
Prices are in USD. Annual figures show the effective monthly amount and are billed as one yearly payment — add-ons included, which is why a yearly add-on is shown at a twelfth of its yearly price rather than at its monthly one. Capacity blocks are priced per month and are bought for a single billing month, so they never form part of an annual payment. Multi-currency selling remains a platform feature; checkout confirms gateway support, taxes, settlement, and processor fees.
Affordable LMS evaluation
Affordable LMS pricing means more than the lowest monthly number.
The useful comparison is total operating cost: what the plan includes, where usage limits begin, which fees scale with sales, and how many other tools the team still has to buy and manage.
Compare active learners, courses, administrators, storage, video bandwidth, contacts, and automation limits against real usage.
0% platform transaction fee
VeloxonHub charges a 0% platform transaction fee on every current plan. Your payment provider may still charge processing fees.
Fewer separate subscriptions
Courses, community, native live, scheduling, commerce, marketing, support, and analytics share one operating context.
A workflow you can test
Current self-serve plans include a 14-day trial so you can validate setup, delivery, and learner experience before committing.
Total-cost checklist
Compare the same operating scope.
A lower entry price can become more expensive after limits, percentage fees, add-ons, and administration are included. Put every option through the same six checks.
01Plan price and billing interval
02Platform and payment-processing fees
03Learner, admin, course, storage, and video limits
04Email, automation, AI, and overage allowances

Affordable LMS FAQ
Price the complete workflow.
Is VeloxonHub an affordable LMS?+
Affordability depends on the capacity and workflow your business needs. Current self-serve plans include a 14-day trial, and VeloxonHub charges a 0% platform transaction fee on every plan; payment-provider fees still apply. Compare the live plan price with the included learner, course, admin, storage, video, and automation limits, plus the cost of any separate tools you would otherwise need.
What should I include in an LMS total-cost comparison?+
Compare the subscription or one-time plan price, platform transaction fees, payment-processing fees, learner and admin limits, storage and video allowances, email or automation usage, required integrations, migration work, and the cost of separate community, live, scheduling, support, or marketing tools.
Can I test VeloxonHub before choosing a paid LMS plan?+
Yes. Current self-serve plans include a 14-day trial. Use it to build one representative course and follow the creator, buyer, and learner journeys before comparing the total operating cost with another LMS.
