Is VeloxonHub only an LMS?+
No. Learning is one part of the platform. VeloxonHub also includes community, memberships, chat, scheduling, native live, commerce, page building, media delivery, marketing automation, analytics, support, and B2B training tools.
Where does AI actually help?+
Inside the editors your team already uses. The AI Course Builder drafts outlines, modules, and lessons; the AI Page Builder turns a written brief into a structured page; marketing and blog editors include drafting assistance; support suggests ticket replies from your knowledge base; and B2B skill-gap assessment extracts skills from a job description to generate a learning plan per person. Every output is a draft your team edits, approves, and publishes.
What do my members actually get?+
One signed-in home under your brand and domain: enrolled courses with progress and certificates, coaching programs, community feeds and member profiles, group and private chat, live sessions with replays, a personal schedule and bookings, memberships and order history, submitted-work galleries, points and badges, and a support centre with your help articles.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. The current plan catalog provides a 14-day trial on self-serve plans. A trial can be used once per site, and Enterprise is arranged as a custom contract.
Do you charge a platform transaction fee?+
No. The current plan entitlement catalog sets VeloxonHub’s platform transaction fee to 0% on every tier. Your payment provider may still charge its own processing fees.
Can I use my own brand and domain?+
Yes. Custom domains are available across the current catalog. Full site branding starts with Business; the Business and Enterprise subscription plans also include managed branded mobile-app delivery.
How many languages does VeloxonHub support?+
VeloxonHub supports locale-aware experiences across 180 languages, with right-to-left direction handling, site-level translations, and language-prefixed routes.
Can VeloxonHub support B2B and corporate training?+
Yes. VeloxonHub models corporate organizations and nested business units, manages purchased entitlements and team seat rules, tracks compliance and certification renewal, schedules stakeholder reports, and supports HRIS workflows, webhooks, BI exports, and audit history. SAML/SCIM settings are staged for a future protocol rollout; live SSO and provisioning endpoints are not currently available.
